Continental Resources said Thursday it has reached a deal to sell some of its noncore acreage in the Bakken tight oil play as the company continues to streamline its portfolio and reduce debt. The Oklahoma City - based oil and natural gas producer said it will receive $222 million from an undisclosed buyer for the assets, which include 68,000 net acres in western Williams County, North Dakota, and 12,000 net acres in Roosevelt County, Montana.
