New Petrobras Chief Executive Pedro Parente has thrown his support behind a bill in Brazil's Congress that would remove the state-owned oil company's mandatory 30% operating stake in all presalt projects (OD Feb.26'16). "We've got to roll our sleeves up and take the presalt to its maximum potential," Parente said in Rio de Janeiro. "Petrobras and Brazil do not have the luxury of waiting too long."
