TransCanada said Monday that itsUS$360 million, 192-mile GuadalajaraPipeline in Mexico has been completed.The entire capacity of the 30-inch-diame-ter natural gas line is held under a 25-yearcontract with Comision Federal de Electrici-dad (CFE), Mexico’s state-owned electriccompany.The Guadalajara pipeline connects toan LNG regasification facility located nearManzanillo, in the state of Colima.It has the capacity to transport 500 MM-cf/d of natural gas to a nearby CFE-ownedpower plant and 320 MMcf/d to the Pemex-owned national pipeline system nearGuadalajara, in the state of Jalisco.
