THE European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is considering financing future development phases of a wind farm in Poland.Relax Wind Park, controlled indirectly by Madrid-based EDP Renovaveis, plans to build a 120 megawatt farm in Poland's Margonin region.
