KYIV. Sept 27 (Interfax) - DTEK, Ukraine's largest private energy group, paid $39 million in June 2012 to LLC Rostovsky Antratsit in a deal to acquire three coal mines in Russia's Rostov Region: 100% of OJSC Obukhovskaya Mining, 100% of OJSC Donskoi Antratsit and 66.7% of LLC Sulinantratsit, DTEK reported in its financial statement for the first half of 2012. DTEK said that if it is unable to renew the acquired resource licenses in 2013 it will be entitled to seek compensation for losses and expenses from the seller of these mines in the period to June 2013. In addition, the latter has a call option to buyout shares in the mines.
