Pera stake diluted following rights issue

PEKKA Pera, chief executive of Talvivaara Mining Company plc, saw his stake in the Finnish nickel producer diluted to less than 7%, from about 20%, following the completion of the firm's 261 million euros (US$339 million) rights issue. Pera subscribed to just over 70 million of the 1.6 billion shares the company offered through the heavily discounted issue, priced at 0.16 euros/share.
