NKWE Platinum Ltd has released a 'clarification' statement regarding the recent Constitutional Court decision over platinum-prospecting rights in South Africa. The company reiterated that the decision to revoke rights over two farms on its Tubatse project had no impact on the bankable feasibility study for the Garatau project. In addition, the company said that it has already met with its largest shareholder, Genorah Resources Ltd, and local communities to proceed with a new prospecting rights application.
