摘要

A terahertz (THz) corrugated conical horn antenna with ring-loaded slots based on silicon micromachining technology is proposed. The radiation patterns are designed to be asymmetrical in both the E-and H-plane with sidelobe below 230 dB in the E-plane at 500 GHz. Good agreements between the simulated and measured results are observed. (C) 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
