pi-Conjugated polymers are by far the most promising functional polymers for applications in less expensive and flexible electronic devices.Polyaniline (PANI) is a conjugated polymer which has been widely studied for electronic and optical applications.PANI has a simple and reversible acid/base doping/dedoping chemistry,enabling control over properties such as free volume,solubility,electrical conductivity,and optical activity.
