Danish food minister rejects mandatory organic purchases

Danish opposition parties don't believe the government can achieve its own organic goals, and they are looking to put in place rules requiring public institutions to purchase organic products. However, during consultations at the Danish Parliament last month, it was clear that the Danish food minister won't go along with this proposal.
