China: October urea exports decline, as do y-t-d

While yet to be confirmed by data provided by customs via IHS GTA, indications from China are that October exports of urea were a mere 330,000 mt as output was curtailed from the majority of the plants and high price-demands rendered offers uncompetitive in global markets.
