China: Domestic market under further pressure

In China’s domestic sulphuric acid markets, there has been further downward pressure on prices as sulphur prices have fallen and smelters have demonstrated willingness to lower prices in order to shift tonnes. Price falls for the week were mostly only around RMB 10/mt, as fundamentals were little changed.
