Belarus: Decline is August AS exports

Belarus exported 4,730 mt AS in August, a decline of 26% year on year according to IHS GTA data. Total shipments for January-August 2016 were 30,469 mt, representing a decline of 17% on the same period in 2015. Belarus exported the majority of its AS during the first eight months of this year to Colombia at 9,781 mt, up from zero the two prior years.
