K+S shutting MOP production on water issues

K+S has stopped potash production at its Unterbreizbach site June 13 because of insufficient water flow from the Werra river as well as full wastewater storage, the company said. It said that it will also halt production at its Hattorf site on June 15. Production had just resumed at both sites in early June following shutdowns of several weeks.
