China: YUC cuts production on weak demand

Chinese producer YUC has decided to cut DAP production across three sites amid continuing concern over domestic demand. There will be no full site stoppages but YUC expects to cut as much as 1 million mt in planned production. Other producers have yet to announce any similar activities but several Chinese producers met late last week and agreed to freeze domestic prices.
