Turkey: Buying of urea to sustain through February

Turkish importers of urea for direct application have been less active so far in the week, but enquiries for smaller lots for industrial use were initially evident at prices in line with last week's purchase by Igsas at a $223/mt FOB equivalent out of Yuzhnyy. Offers were closer to a $230/mt FOB equivalent ahead of the news on STC in India, and importers were also watching the Abu Qir November 22-23 negotiations to sell prills for December loading from Egypt closely.
