India: PPL and CIL buy cargo from Dreymoor

PPL confirmed it purchased 13,000 mt ex-Black Sea from Dreymoor at $345/mt CFR with 120 days credit. The cargo will be delivered late July/early August off the Gaschem Stade. CIL said it bought the balance off the 23,000 mt vessel at $345/mt CFR basis payment at sight for delivery to Kakinada. CIL is now looking the possibility of securing a 15-18,000 mt additional cargo outside contract commitments for early September delivery.
