The low end of the Vancouver FOB range was assessed lower, with the range now at $75-85/mt FOB compared with $80-85/mt FOB a week earlier. Offers have been confirmed into the low $80s/mt FOB, and an unconfirmed trade was reported last week at $78/mt FOB. One buyer claimed they had purchased at $75/mt FOB, and the same buyer subsequently suggested they had purchased in the high $60s/mt FOB Vancouver, but such levels were not heard elsewhere in the market.
