Philippines: Urea imports up 67% in August

Philippine importers took delivery of 72,500 mt urea in August, up from 43,445 mt in the same month of 2015. Imports from China fell 17% to 26,800 mt, shipments from Qatar rose to 22,000 from zero, Malaysia was at 16,000 mt from zero and Indonesia was up to 7,337 mt from just over 5,000 mt in August 2015.
