US Gulf: Delay possible in Mosaic ammonia barge

Several ammonia suppliers and endusers have told Fertilizer Week that completion of Mosaic's cross-gulf articulated towed barge for ammonia may be delayed by six months creating a potential logistical logjam for CF Industries if the phosphate producer cannot carry the ammonia to Tampa starting January 1, 2017.
