Standard MOP prices increase in SE Asia

Standard MOP prices have increased in Southeast Asia following three straight months of stability, with tender offers and awards higher than previous indications. Several sMOP tenders are now open in both Malaysia and Indonesia, with no business reported at below $220/mt CFR in either country. Gresiks 250,000 mt tender that was reported last week has since been confirmed awarded by multiple sources, though at what price remains unclear.
