The Indian Nutrient Based Subsidy rates are expected shortly and some sources anticipate the new Indian H1 contract will be signed by the end of next week. Uralkali has said that it expects the contract to be signed in the second half of April but other sources are more optimistic of an agreement earlier in the month.
