US Tampa: US export sales concluded above $470/mt FOB

Mosaic sold a total of 46,000 mt DAP and MAP into Latin American markets at prices in the range of $468-472/mt FOB this week for June shipment. It is interesting to note that none of these tonnes were sold into Brazil despite the gradual pick up in demand seen by Brazilian buyers in the past couple of weeks. Based on the prices concluded this week out of Tampa in other markets, an equivalent landed price into Brazil for US MAP/DAP would be in the range of $485-490/mt CFR. Suppliers however are keen to move the price for the Brazilian market above $500/mt CFR for June
