BCIC issues retender for 10,000 mt phosacid solution

Against its last tender of January 19 for 10,000 mt phosphoric acid solution, BCIC requested extended validity on the offers but as this was not taken up, no purchase was made. It has now issued a retender for the same quantity to close April 2 for shipment in one lot to the TSPCL jetty Chittagong, 30 days from receipt of l/c. This quantity is for the TSP plant at Chittagong where although BCIC can produce phosphoric acid on imported phosphate rock, it prefers to use a combination of captive and imported phosphoric acid.
