India: FACT negotiating with Trammo after tender offer

FACT is negotiating with Trammo after receiving an offer from the trader at $490/mt CFR in its 7,500 mt import tender which closed June 30. The buyer indicated that Trammo's offer provided discharge dates at the end of July whereas the tender stipulated delivery on or before July 15. FACT is keen to secure the cargo as early as possible while the price offer is deemed at least $40/mt above initial targets at $440-450/mt CFR.
