Brazilian imports continue to decline, but October imports of 313,000 mt were down by 7.8%. Aggressive marketing on the part of Qatari exporters nevertheless increased arrivals from that nation by a full 294% on October 2014 via arrivals of 149,400 mt. Shipments from Oman were up by 7% to 60,500 mt, while Russia suffered a 14% setback to 56,000 mt.
