Turkey: August imports down 55% on 2014

Turkish urea imports in August a shade short of 50,000 mt were down by more than 55% on August 2014, but January-August arrivals of about 1.07 million mt were up by 6.7% on the prior year. August shipments originating in Ukraine of 31,100 mt were nevertheless up by 66% and arrivals from Russia of 11,300 mt were up by 19.2%. Deliveries from Iran in August 2015 were a mere 1,000 mt, down from 50,500 mt in August 2014.
