Campaign of awareness in prevention safety and health in the workforce

This is an unconventional campaign intended for people who work at the Cementos Portland plants (its employees and the employees of the auxiliary industries), enlarging the preventive concept to their family, social and job environments. Prevention is not only the responsibility of the Company, but it also begins with the attitude and aptitude of those who intervene in the production process. At the moment, and in general, there is a lack of preventive education of all the actors of the working world, from the managers to the workers and to the intermediate supervisors. The reasons are several and complex and are rooted in people's behavior. This is why: "The origin and the aim of Prevention is the individual, his attitude and his behavior."
