Uralchem rejects Ameropa comments over TogliattiAzot

Russian nitrogen producer Uralchem has rejected claims that its allegations of fraud conducted by Ameropa at TogliattiAzot are false. This follows the ongoing struggle over control of TogliattiAzot between the two parties. Ameropa’s chairman Andreas Zivy issued a statement December 31 denying all allegations of fraud at TogliattiAzot in 2008-12 and vowed to use all legal means to refute the accusations.
