Chile: Codelco restarts Salvador mine

Codelco restarted operations at its Salvador mine in Chile on April 20 as scheduled, following a shutdown as a result of heavy rains three weeks ago. Chilean spot demand remains lacking from the market. Much of buyers’ H1 requirements are understood to be met by contractual volumes.
