February non-Chinese granular urea barges traded down to $310/st FOB New Orleans by the end of the week. Subsequently purchases were confirmed at $312/st, 313/st, 314/st and 315/st FOB, before buyers pulled back from the market. March business this week included some Chinese granular urea trading at $310/st FOB. Non-Chinese granular urea barges for March were offered at $318/st FOB early in the week. April granular urea traded as low as $306/st FOB, but it was unclear if that price could be repeated by the end of the week.
