European potash prices continue to rise on weak euro

Despite increases in the European granular potash price, the weak euro continues to force suppliers to seek higher prices. The top end of granular potash prices in Europe has gained a further ?5/mt this week as euro depreciation makes European prices relatively cheap compared to the US and Brazil. Prices are currently seen at ?295-310/mt CIF, an increase from ?285-295/mt CIF at the start of 2015.
