Ukraine: NPK imports remain low despite April increase

Ukraine's January-April imports were 278,000 mt, a 13% fall year on year despite an increase in April imports, as conflict continues with separatist rebels in the east of the country. Imports from Russia saw the biggest drop, falling 20% to 224,000 mt. Belarusian producers delivered 34,700 mt, 9% more than last year as Belaruskali ramped up production of NPKS while imports from Yara remained comparatively low at just 12,600 mt.
