Mann McGowan, the Aldershot based specialist in intumescent technology, has successfully completed a management buy-out. Managing director, Jamie Scott and directors, Russell Smith and Rob Mann, head up the new management structure, and have already embarked on a company-wide review of its activities, with the aim of enhancing its product portfolio, exploiting new opportunities and markets, and forging strategic partnerships with like-minded companies in the intumescent sector.
