A winding up petition has been filed against Monnet Ispat and Energy after the company defaulted on a loan account and refused to act on a demand notice. The company Should be declared insolvent. State Bank of Travancore (SBT), a member of a lending consortium that has provided loan to the company, said in a petition filed in the Bilaspur High Court on November 3.
