Oilex Ltd has submitted a conditional offer for an additional 55% stake in the Cambay Production Sharing Contract (PSC), India. The operator tabled the offer in response to a competitive bid process initiated by Gujarat State Petroleum Corp (GSPC) for the possible disposal of its equity in the Cambay PSC.
