Quadrant Energy is pushing ahead with plans drill the Phoenix South-2 appraisal well offshore Western Australia. The Phoenix South-2 well drilling is expected to be spudded “within the next seven days”, said partner Carnarvon Petroleum. Quadrant operates the WA-435-P permit in the North West Shelf with an 80% stake, while Carnarvon has the remaining 20%.
