BP awards Shah Deniz work

Baku Shipyard has landed a US $378m deal from BP to design and build a subsea construction vessel (SCV) for the Shah Deniz field offshore Azerbaijan in the Caspian Sea. When completed, the SCV will be deployed for the Stage 2 development of the Shah Deniz field.
