Mozambique FLNG bidding Italy’s Eni has launched the bidding process for interested parties to submit design proposals for a Floating LNG (FLNG) facility offshore Mozambique. Eni announced the opening of the bidding contest for Front-End Engineering and Design proposals in a local Mozambique newspaper. The reports said the Italian operator is planning to export its recent discoveries in East Africa to energy-hungry Asia, as well as some local consumption.
