Shell earnings rise

Royal Dutch Shell’s Q1 2013 earnings, on a current cost of supplies (CCS) basis, were US $8.0 Bn compared with $7.7 Bn in Q1 2012. The major said that earning rose despite volatile oil prices thanks to growth projects and good downstream figures.
