Australia's WHL Energy reports that the Seychelles government has reached agreement on the terms of a farm-in deal "by a leading multi- national petroleum company" into WHL's Petroleum Agreement offshore Seychelles. "The government approval, including a pro- posed change of operatorship for the offshore licences and proposed amendments to work schedules, related to the WHL Energy permits are a major conditions precedent set out in a Letter of Intent (LoI) between WHL Energy and the pro- posed farminee - aside from final Board approval," said WHL.
