Aberdeen-based subsea services and technology products player Cortez Subsea has won US $2.4m worth of contracts “across its range of pipeline installation and decommissioning services”. Cortez has completed the first phase of work on a North Sea FSPO reinforcement programme for contractor DOF Subsea. The $1.6m deal, for the provision of a powered reel drive system, tensioner and personnel for umbilical and flexible riser installation, includes a second phase which is due to begin later this year.
