Rialto raises Ivory Coast funds

Australia’s Rialto Energy plans to raise US $63.9m to help fund its exploration and development campaign offshore Ivory Coast. Rialto will raise the funds through a two-part placement of around 200 million ordinary shares in February and March. The move comes a week after the World Bank’s private sector lending unity, the International Finance Corp, agreed to invest $20m in Rialto Energy shares.
