Ithaca Energy said that the final production wellon the UK North Sea Athena field has been drilledand fully cased.Ithaca said the well encountered a considerablesection of oil saturated net reservoir, with goodporosities. Development drilling has now beensuccessfully completed and the project remainson schedule for production start up in Q4 2011 atapproximately 22,000 b/d of oil.
