Rapid Translation System RTS GroE Supplement - a Folding Aid for Better Solubility of Proteins

The Rapid Translation System (RTS) is a flexible and scalable tool for cell-free protein expression that, due to its "open" design, allows easy adaptation of reaction conditions in a protein-specific manner. In order to expand the range of molecules that can be produced in RTS in a functional form, Roche Applied Science now offers the RTS GroE Supplement, a chaperone-containing mix for optimization of protein expression reactions.
