Sevan Marine is spinning off its Sevan Drilling arm into a separate stock exchange listed com- pany as it looks to further grow and develop its ultra deepwater (UDW) rig business. At the same time, Sevan Drilling has entered into Letters of Intent (LoIs) with COSCO for the building of two UDW rigs with options for another two.
