Apply S?rco said today that it has landed a contract from Statoil to carry out topside modification work on the Gullfaks C platform offshore Norway. The work is to replace production pipelines for the Tordis field and includes engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of two 10-inch pipelines with valves and instrumentation, as well as tie-in to the process and utility systems on Gullfaks C. The contract runs until October 2012.
