Hopes that oil and gas exploration in the Black Sea offshore Turkey would get a boost from Chevron and RWE have been dented after talks with the country’s national oil company TPAO broke down.Both Chevron and RWE had been in talks with the country to lock down a deal to carry out exploration and development operations in Turkey’s Black Sea.
