Iran will need to tap international funding to help it meet investment requirements worth $200 billion for its upstream and downstream oil industry, the country's oil minister said Tuesday. "To develop the joint fields and enhance recovery of oil reservoirs as well as secure development targets, we need investment totaling $200 billion," Bijan Zanganeh said, according to the official Shana news website.
