摘要

Iran will need to tap international funding to help it meet investment requirements worth $200 billion for its upstream and downstream oil industry, the country's oil minister said Tuesday. "To develop the joint fields and enhance recovery of oil reservoirs as well as secure development targets, we need investment totaling $200 billion," Bijan Zanganeh said, according to the official Shana news website. Of the total, $130 billion would be required for the upstream and $70 billion for the downstream, including renovation and construction of new refineries and development of the petrochemical industry.
