Rosneft Eyes Floating LNG

Russian Rosneft has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Bermuda - registered Golar LNG, one of the world's biggest independent owners and operators of LNG carriers, to support its gas ambitions. The agreement envisions cooperation between the companies over floating liquefaction (FLNG) projects and natural gas transportation.
